Join us for an evening of tradition, fine food, and exceptional whisky as we host our annual Burns Night celebration on Friday 23rd January 2026.

The evening begins at 6:00 pm with a welcome speech and an explanation of the legacy of Robert Burns, followed by the ceremonial Toasting of the Haggis to kick off our three-course dinner.

Your ticket includes a welcome 'Bobby Burns' cocktail followed by a whisky-paired dinner featuring four drams of Filey Bay. The evening will be rounded off with a themed quiz!

Is this the perfect dram for Christmas? We think so...

Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve #6 is matured in first-fill ex-Oloroso casks. The colour is spectacularly festive making it a great 'showpiece' bottle when entertaining friends and family.

Oloroso sherry is known for its complexity and character, with nutty, fruity notes that sit at the darker end of the sweet-shop flavour spectrum. It really complements our light distillery character, with rich, treacle flavours singing out making it the perfect festive pick.

Limited to only 2000 bottles, available online, in the Distillery Shop and at selected Specialist retailers nationwide.
