The lightness of the lager, with its notes of honey and fresh herbs, takes the smooth and creamy vanilla notes from the Filey Bay Flagship casks, to create a delicious, fresh-tasting beer with aromas of green apples and a gentle, warming flavour. Perfect for summer nights around the fire pit.

Crest: part of the Ebb and Flow series

Over the past five years, we’ve worked closely with Wold Top Brewery (our sister brewery, based on our family farm) to barrel-aged beers and mature whisky in those casks, creating the Ebb & Flow series of beers. The results are even better than we’d ever hoped! From a dark beer specifically created for our first barrel-aged project, through to our award-winning Filey Bay IPA Finish and matching Barrel Wave beer, we disgorge and refill immediately… and you can really taste the difference.
